Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of profitability, operating leverage, and company size on the capital structure of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2024. This study uses a type of quantitative research and sampling techniques using the purposive sampling method. There were 27 selected company samples from 92 companies. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression. The data processing of this study uses the IBM SPSS 26 analysis tool. The results of this study partially show that profitability affects the capital structure, operating leverage does not affect the capital structure, and the size of the company has an effect on the capital structure.
